Wildlife travel, however, comes with commitments made well in advance, from safari permits and accommodation to guides and transport.

Safari permits are non-transferable. Once booked, names and dates cannot be changed, and additional guests cannot be added. These conditions are set by the respective Forest Departments and are beyond our control.

If you need to cancel, your refund will depend on how far in advance you do so: Cancellations must be made in writing to info@beyondwild.in. Any refund will be processed after deducting non-refundable costs and applicable charges.

We’ll always do our best to help, but some commitments cannot be unwound once made. Such is the glamorous administrative reality of getting you into the wild.
